READ GOD'S WORD
The Word proclaims the good news of the Lord, that Jesus’ death on the cross and resurrection brings salvation. Meditating on the Word renews our minds and transforms us into the people God intended us to be.
In John 14:6, Jesus says, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
OUTREACH & EVANGELISM
As God blesses us, we must in turn be a blessing to others. We provide for their spiritual and earthy needs through sharing, counselling and personal witnessing.
Matthew 25:35 makes this vocation clear, “For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me.”
GATHER IN HIS NAME
We join together in small groups or in congregation, virtually or in person, to celebrate our Lord knowing He is with us.
According to Matthew 18:20, “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”
PRAY
We pray to God because we are faithful. Prayer is the way we communicate with our heavenly Father.
Psalm 145:18 reminds us, “The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.”
BIBLE STUDY
We grow as Christians when we seek to better understand Scripture and how it applies to our daily lives.
Proverbs 3:13 says, “Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding.”
PRAISE & WORSHIP
We celebrate Jesus Christ through praise and worship: singing, hand clapping and playing musical instruments to express our adoration of and confidence in Him.
Psalm 147:1 tells us it is good and pleasant “to sing praises to our God.”
FELLOWSHIP
By encouraging one another, we build up each other.
Proverbs 27:17 tells us, “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.”
